There are several different types of Mahjong available and each new type gives you clear directions on how to play. This can be off-putting for some who just like plain old Mah Jong, but I enjoy it. Music a little repetitious so I turned it way down. Balance Mahjong requires you to match tiles of either blue or red, keeping the balance bar equal red then blue then red etc if the balance bar reaches the maximum point, game over. I never got less than three stars on the first try that's the most you can get. Math is not my forte. Date published: There's also a Custom setting offered that allows you to use a timer, choose the recharge times from seconds, whether to show available times and allows for a time bonus. I always complain that there's never any excitement in a Mahjong game, but this game proved me wrong! This is an excellent and fun game for someone who likes Mah Jong type play but gets bored with the same old, same old. You also have to match the colors and all the tiles have a washed out tone to them.

You get three stars for just completing the puzzle.
