These days the Chestnut Lodge Asylum is abandoned and forgotten, but many years ago a terrible tragedy unfolded behind those rusty gates. Every year, patients disappeared from the asylum without a trace. Neither the nurses nor the police could find any clues. But one day, everything changed. My dreams draw me to the asylum and I yearn to return to my normal life - a life without nightmares, premonitions, and fears.... Exit the close-up, then take a closer look at the rear portion of the van. My main issue is that there was no map at all that I could find - which means unless you have a great sense of direction I don't and a good memory then you have to try and remember where it was you saw where you needed to use things. You will find some lag between scenes, but that may have a lot to do with older systems. Go to the Porch. Stairwell Click on the hidden object area over the doorway on the left. Click on the red button over the stove to shut it off, then click on the mask to remove it. Note the locked bag at the base of the desk, then take a closer look at the telescope. Objects listed in blue are shown below in blue. Flip the switches as shown in the screenshot below to restore power to the computer. Examine the piano on the left. The Inventory Item is circled in red. The solution is shown below.
Go back to the Park. Upstairs Foyer Proceed towards the grated window on the left. Make your way back down to the Morgue. Right Bedroom Take a closer look at the teddy bear sitting on the bed at the back wall. Study Click on the hidden object area over the desk. I recommend this game. These are shown in green in the guide below. Objects aren't too difficult to find and you can adjust the screen light level in Options, which helps if you have old eyes, like I do. Click on the BOAT to add it to your inventory. In many hidden object areas, there will be items listed in blue. Shed Click on the hidden object area in the corner next to the door. Rotate the valves until all the gauges show no pressure in the pipes. Shed Talk with the boy inside the Shed. Take a closer look at the sun-like shape on the floor to the left of the chair. I have FunPass, so if a game is bad, I've only spent my time.

Click on the red puzzle on the right wall. Chapter 6: The Escape Exit the court and make your way back to the Chef Solitaire: USA. Place the CHIP in the slot, then click on the button to summon the elevator. Examine the first sink on the left, and the puzzle on the wall to the left of the window before exiting the room. Study Click on the Morphing Object to collect it. Nurses Room Click on the hidden Nemos Secret: The Nautilus area over the broken cabinet on the left. The best way to complete this puzzle is just to take it slow. Click on the blanket covering the mirror leaning up against the support beam to remove it, then take a closer look at the base of the mirror. One fault is that the HOs were a little sluggish loading, the second fault is that when using the remote on the garage door was more sluggish than the HOs. Hidden object areas have randomized objects.
I had to go to the task manager once and it happened again, went to start the task manager the second time but before I hit end process Parking Lot Take a closer look at the door of the post on the right. The story line is pretty good, and the place certainly is eerie. The solution is shown below. Alley Click on the hidden object area over the dumpster on the left. Examine the picture frame with the tiles on the right. Backtrack to the Parking Lot. Nurses Room Examine the reptile tank on the right again. Corridor Examine the second door on the right. Proceed inside to the next area. Click on the CHIP inside to add it to your inventory. Talk with the officer on the right.
Parking Lot Examine the storm drain to the right of the bench on the left. Arrange the skulls on the pillars according to their weight. Inventory items are identified Barnyard Sherlock Hooves CAPS and circled in red in the guide below. Left Bedroom Click on the Morphing Object to collect it. Click on the CHIP inside to add it to your inventory. Note Sparkle 2 trunk of the car on the right, and the flashlight on the ground on the path towards the asylum, then continue forward. Nurses Room Click on the hidden object area over the cabinet on the left. There is a provision for lightening up your screen, which Abandoned: Chestnut Lodge Asylum did, although I can't say it helped Jane Croft: The Baker Street Murder. Honestly, I didn't get more than about 10 or 15 minutes into this game. Take a closer look at the skull on the desk on the right. Note the door is missing a handle. Click on the hidden object area over the dumpster on the left. I have windows 7. Examine the brick Slingo Quest on the left. Make your way down to the Pool.
Download Abandoned: Chestnut Lodge Asylum. Try to repeat the piano sequence. Clown Room Examine the toy railway on the ground. Cottage Take a closer look at the front door. All in all, this game is quite sinister which to be fair, if you don't realise that from the title, then you shouldn't buy it anyway. It could have used a map, but the 'Task' tab helped. Cottage Examine the front door of the Cottage. Honestly, I didn't get more than about 10 or 15 minutes into this game. Examine the pot on the stove. Examine the left corner of the fence around the court. Examine the first table for a closer view. Click on this to exit your game, access options, etc. Corridor Examine the door at the very end of the Corridor. Asylum Entrance Take a closer look at the old car, then examine the trunk.
