There are a lot of different modes that you'll play as you progress through the game, which helps make it feel less monotonous after awhile. There are many different types of gameplay. This game is a perfect little game for the inbetween times of Adventure HOGs, it has many mini games and you get to decorate a living room. They try to offer variety with a combo of hidden object scenes and match 3s among other very typical mini-games - and some annoying ones, too , but the graphics are bad, the scenes play over and over again -- and worst of all, the room you decorate is dull with dull options.

Silhouettes are often indecipherable as to what object they are actually depicting. Some of the minigames are pretty fun. The gameplay is smooth with no glitches and didn't run my machine hot which is a big plus. I will be looking out for your "Next Installment"!!!!   1. Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. This can be a fun game to play I guess if you don't have aging eyes like some of us older folks do. That was so annoying I stopped playing it. Would've liked a review to warn me of these things, so I'm writing this. I played for maybe min and deleted the game.

  3. That was so annoying I stopped playing it. No one's written about Home Designer - Living Room yet. I also didn't like that you had to wait to skip the mingames in between HO scenes.

  9. This is an old school game with new ideas and I love it. No choices other than when to buy the very dated looking items. But if you're anything like me and you sometimes enjoy playing a more simple hidden object game, this is a good choice.
