For me Wailing Waters deserves a five-star rating because I find it enjoyable and a well-designed game. The map lets you know if you still have a collectible to get. The HOP scenes are standard fare - lists of items and silhouette scenes with some interactivity. Usually the final scene in most games is a puzzle; however, the final scene from the bonus chapter is a HOP scene. Characters were cartoonish, wooden and childlike. I was most disappointed in the graphics. Maze puzzle. The map is very bland and boring, but it does jump you to locations, and it shows areas you may have missed a collectible. They were straight out of the Sunday comics. Some of the morphings and collectables are easy and some are quite difficult. It has replays on 12 hops and 13 mini-games but the best is the Secret Game where you find 61 morphs in four scenes. Voice overs are well done, and are age, character and setting appropriate.

The one complaint I have is with the custom settings for the game that should allow us to set our own hint and skip times. 1. The graphics needed more contrast, dark depth shadows, to clarify the picture. There is also a matching pairs scene. This is an okay game, but nothing to write home about. I liked them bigger like they have in their other games. This was as far as I could make it into the demo before I got fed up with the garbled progress of the story and again, it seems a stretch to call it story at all and stopped.

  2. They seem to be just an outline of a piece in the background. I felt this one was geared more toward the beginner, or someone who just wants a no brainer kind of game. Hello friends! An odd feature here was that the characters would inexplicably freeze in mid-action whenever I had to do go off and take care of my filler tasks, e. There is almost constant back tracking in this addition, so the transport comes in quite handy.

  3. As always, try it for yourself and see what you think. A few scenes are washed out with a teal sky. I enjoyed the secret room final puzzle.

  4. Hello friends! Rotate hexagon shaped pieces to create a picture. Collect 12 photos that have info on creatures. Although not my favorite series from Elephant Games, the mildly scary theme captured my interest. Maze puzzle.

  5. Very hard on the eyes. The storyline for the game is excellent which makes the game far better than many in the Chimeras series. The result is that monsters have been released as well and the counselors along with you are trapped within this camp. While there, you will be able to participate in your own scary campfire story!

  6. I started out in the hardest level then went to the advanced. I did like the hidden object games in that they were varied and to my liking. I was most disappointed in the graphics.

  7. Honesty is the best policy especially when people spend money to purchase these games only to be very disappointed with the outcome. Although I found the graphics to be a bit cartoonish early in the game, they soon became much better. Graphics are crisp and clear.
