Shades of Death: Royal Blood

After your father dies, your sister Violet requests your help at the Family Castle. After arriving, things seem to be in disarray. Explore the castle and help Violet get to the bottom of a dark mystery in Shades of Death: Royal Blood. Use your Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure skills to explore the grounds and solve tricky puzzles. Read the white graffiti for clues on the correct order. Look at the close-up of the pedestal K. Walk down, and then up to enter the bedroom. The awesome graphics and artwork deserve Risen Dragons attention and are downright mesmerizing. Select the close-up of the armor on the landing M. The center circle does not move. Select the desk area on the right for a Hidden Object Scene I. Place the Candle, highlighted in Red, on the Scone, highlighted in Green. Note the 4 numbers the rag uncovered. Check out the demo and you won't be disappointed. Your inventory will auto-hide when not in use. Examine the World of Zellians highlighted in Green.

Place the Hook on the Chain. Look at the close-up of the Iron Maiden C. Gather the Rag highlighted in Red. Click on the mirror to enter the world of the dead R. The items in Hidden Object Scenes are randomized. To solve this Mini-Game you must rearrange the Knight and Dragon to match the formation shown on the Plaque. Developers artfully presented those gruesome scenes and so I did not turn off the game, but rather, was intrigued to continue. Take the fuse V. Gather the Weight highlighted in Red. Look at the close-up of the gate N. The game is geared toward beginning and intermediate players but I think anyone would enjoy the game. The object of this mini-game is to press the elements of the sculpture in the correct order. Enter the Hallway.

Casual mode has faster Bubble Zoo 2 times on the hint and skip buttons plus the active zones are highlighted with sparkles. Enter the Hallway. Head toward the Moat Gate. Enter using the dials U. And still don't see how that is possible based on the numerous HO scenes that increase in complexity. Place the Puzzle Piece into the empty spot. The HOS are sprinkled throughout the game with some fairly easy puzzles to deal with. Read the missing persons notice N. The puzzles were Braveland Wizard. It was laid back. Overall though, still very enjoyable. Look through the telescope to see the item on the deck L.

Look at the close-up of the streetlamp C ; click on the glass to open the lamp. Look at the close-up of the table C. Click on the piece you want to move until it is positioned correctly. Look at the close-up of the drained fountain H. Examine the Chain once again. Look at the close-up of the pedestal K. The graphics and music were really nice. Our starting configuration is shown T. Enter the age of John Davies onto the two dials. Adding a little more to do would have rounded this area out nicely. Look through the telescope to see the item on the deck L. Enter 6 on the left dial and 8 on the right dial.

I knew that I would be buying this game and sure enough I did. Make note of the dates W. To solve this Mini-Game you must rearrange the Knight and Dragon to match the formation shown on the Plaque. Fun is not really an option do to the subject matter - how can exploring scenes where vampires have been at work be considered fun? Click the Journal to turn the Page.   1. Examine the Suit of Armor Base highlighted in Green. Select the door to the mausoleum for a mini-game to appear X. Look at the nightstand for a Hidden Object Scene W. Click on the arrows to slide the tiles vertically or horizontally. Look at the close-up of the corpse U.

  2. Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen to open your inventory G. Locate all the objects on the list. Walk down to exit the room. Adding a little more to do would have rounded this area out nicely. Look at the close-up of the package X.

  3. Click on the latch to open the box Y. Once the spider leaves, click on the web to remove it from the hole J. Should the pin come out, start the sequence over.

  4. Receive a Lit Candle. Once the Knight and Dragon are in the correct positions, the Gate will open. Pieces will move into one of a few different positions and then cycle through them again.

  5. Examine the Moat Gate one more time. Over all I recommend this game. Head toward the Moat Gate. Make note of the two numbers at the bottom of the Note.

  6. Select the area by the left chair for a Hidden Object Scene P. This game kept my interest, and I wanted to keep playing. Look at the close-up of the top drawer for a mini-game F. Examine the Moat Gate once again.

  7. I enjoyed this game. Click on the crossbow to fire the arrow. Look at the close-up of the book on the right A. Read the Note highlighted in Green.

  8. The ending was sudden. Chapter 2: Blackburn City Look at the bulletin board to read a missing persons notice A. Examine the Frame at top of Stairs highlighted in Green. Look at the close-up of the fuse box X. Next remove the Spiderweb.

  9. Gather the Record highlighted in Red. Look at the close-up of the crane Q. Look at the close-up of the wall ornament Q.
