Helpful messages are really needed, as is the teleport map, as there is a lot of traveling to many places, even ones encountered at beginning of game towards the end of the game. The Black Swan was a high ranking guard who is responsible for the theft, even though her intentions may Princese been for all the right reasons, she might not have known that the Kingdom would begin to crumble. Always loved the FROG scenes that were beautifully and artfully detailed with the sections tucked into the display neatly but identifiable. But my favorite feature was the Morphing Objects which to be honest with you I didn't know they even existed until I was a couple of chapters in on Curse of Briar Rose, the first DP game I played. His magical needle Colleftors repair all the cracks appearing on the island. I'm headed back to play further into this one with fingers crossed hoping that brilliance breaks thru the clouds. Sorrow almost drove the child to madness, but all was not lost. At the end, there is once again a teaser for the next game. I am not going to spoil it for anyone by describing the game play but I will list the Extras. Once Ross Pwrables: the potion, he remembers why he came: to protect the goddess at all costs, but he failed. The Swan Princess had long coveted the jewel, one of the three legendary artifacts of Floralia.
Thank You Eipix and BF And finally, good news for all the fans out there, Dark Parables 11 is still filled with gorgeous Fragmented Hidden Objects Scenes. As mutely requested, the Black Swan saved the woman's owl from one of the traps set-up for the magic seeds. You play the role of Guardian Fairytale Detective in a quest for Ancient Tablets located in the underground Swan archives before her Wickedness beats you to it. Date published: The graphics are beautiful as usual, it even seems to be less glittery that the last couple of DP games, which is good thing. The game play seemed fairly long, which was good. The HOS are frags of objects, the trademark of the series, and they can be challenging at times because the frags are small. I am so glad he didn't jump out to attack me. Better then EVER!! Absolutely Wonderful!!. Ross shows a lack of faith, however, and says that if they can get Elise on top of the Dire Tree, as far from the ground as possible, then the talisman should work. Since Dark Parables is such an Colllectors series, I was a little worried at first that Eipix would not be able to do the game justice. But, alas! Virtual Families saved several scenes to use as wallpaper. That was the location of the Snowfall Kingdom. Welcome back, Blue Tea. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by The Far Kingdoms: Age of Solitaire from beautiful game graphics are great! Blue Tea wasn't afraid of bringing brilliance to the pc gaming Dife.
It was a long game, with some new, challenging puzzles had to skip one , great music, wonderful graphics, and my favorite HOP's where you have to find pieces of objects until they come together as one large piece. I hate to say it but the word tedious is most appropriate. She presided over the Guard like a loving mother. I don't think that at all, I enjoyed playing this game, I just don't think it holds a candle to the original Dark Parable games. The stories were creative, taking well know fairytales and twisting the plot ever so gently to draw you in hook, line, and sinker. There are 39 Hidden Acorn Signs and they are blended into the scenery very nicely, even better, the cursor doesn't change to a hand to alert you by simply scanning over the scene. Most puzzles are reasonable, but a few are challenging. The prime suspect for the theft is a high-ranking member of the Swan Guard. The hidden object scenes are breathtakingly beautiful and not overly difficult to complete. Ross Red also reappears in this game. In fact, one of the early mini-games was extremely cartoonish and disappointing. I rated this one a low 5 star in the hopes that it will prove my first impressions wrong and develop into a game worthy of the Dark Parable title. Ross walks out happily, and now the Swan Guard will have a fair and just ruler for years to come. Goddess Flora reappears in this game in her adult form.
Each time that I think the pinnacle of art and animation has been reached for this genre , a game like The Swan Princess and The Dire Tree comes along and blows that idea out of the water. In many ways the graphics are comical and lackluster by comparison. The gameplay is perfect. Games from Blue Tea were slightly predictable lately; but with Eipix, everything has been spiced up with creativity. My little gripe with the HOS is about one item in every puzzle or two doesn't look quite like the item pictured. Sorrow almost drove the child to madness, but all was not lost. She presided over the Guard like a loving mother. Most puzzles are reasonable, but a few are challenging. Since Dark Parables is such an iconic series, I was a little worried at first that Eipix would not be able to do the game justice. I don't think that at all, I enjoyed playing this game, I just don't think it holds a candle to the original Dark Parable games. Date published: Elise found new purpose as a member of the Guard. This was a great game! Her powers do come from the ground, after all. As you move from scene to scene you feel like you are walking through a fantasy world and the puzzles are beautifully crafted but not aggressively difficult. As mutely requested, the Black Swan saved the woman's owl from one of the traps set-up for the magic seeds. At least they haven't taken away the Dark Parable Collections, and those fragments are well hidden too. Forbidden Idol At one time long ago, children's laughter could be heard throughout Dire Island, much more so than today. At one such ceremony, while everyone was looking at the Goddess, one pair of eyes remained focused on Ross Red's weapon, known as the Shattering Sword. In the past, the parable pieces were much like an inventory item in that they were a specific shape and object. As the Fairytale Detective was leaving the shores of the Island, she received an invitation to the royal wedding. The Black Swan was a high ranking guard who is responsible for the theft, even though her intentions may have been for all the right reasons, she might not have known that the Kingdom would begin to crumble. Yes, they do cross over into "cartoonish" at times. Now I need to check to see if I've missed any of the Dark Parables games because I want to play them all! I don't know what they changed but there was just something lacking in it. Absolutely Wonderful!!.. Better then EVER!!
