The devs have really done their homework in getting people and places looking right, even down to the image of Doyle's Surrey home 'Undershaw'. I noticed that I have to wait until the "person" stops speaking in a scene before I can click Mysteriees: something even if I see it and know I have to pick it up. I like the items to find for achievements but some are really tiny and hard to see - some blend into the background or other objects so I have to look carefully. Most of the games were unusual. As a self-proclaimed history nut as well as someone who knows Mysterids: life story very well, I found the storyline thrilling; and, even though games like this take a certain amount of suspension of disbelief, right up until the final bonus chapter, extremely logical.

I was not very impressed with the SG when I checked it but I normally don't use them anyway as it doesn't seem to really keep up with where I am although it does not go back to the beginning each time which is a big plus. It's a clever Adventure game with Fragmented Objects. I haven't played a fun and unique game like this in quite a while. Clovers can be found all over the place, including HOP scenes, and sometimes are very small and rudimentary. Place the candle holder on the star shape. Click on the third pin second. What further sets these apart is the fascinating factual history learned along the way. But if you like a longer, more intriguing game that you can really sink your teeth into, than by all means don't pass this one up! Grab the birdcage that's at the back of the room. This game was a refreshing mix of searches, mystery, exploring, history, and clever but not frustrating puzzles that make you think, just how I like it, and that actually go towards furthering the plot, something many HO games drop the ball on. I was entranced from beginning to end, and wouldn't hesitate to say that this is the best game I've ever played from BigFish Games. Leave the gatehouse and return outside. East slot: Square card. I didn't encounter a misclick penalty although I clicked a lot to see if there was one.

  1. Go up the stairs. Turn left. Grab the square card from the top right side of the mirror above the fireplace. Place the dove on the final shape remaining.

  2. Sure, some of the stuff might be a little unbelievable, but I still really enjoyed how hard the developers worked to keep a level of historical accuracy. Investigate the skeleton. I lost count how many times I jumped and flinched. Grab the clover that's taken the place of the screw on the top right. Click on the fourth pin first.

  4. Parlor Click on the table in the parlor. I'm sure that at sometime in the future I will play this game again and again. The mechanics were sometimes slightly clunky but I can forgive that for the enjoyment I received.
