Discover new sea life and build your own tropical aquarium between levels. This amazing underwater setting will keep you entertained and relaxed as exotic fish swim through your game.

The mini games are quick and fun and the power ups help in a pinch. I highly recommend this game to the Match 3 players. The graphic's are beautiful and it's really relaxing listening to the ocean as background sound. The graphics are sub-par, the music is horrible, the sound effects are annoying and they do not seem to make much sense, just random sounds for the same action , and the game was very slow to respond, very glitchy. For die-hard time-management game players this feature may appear to be cheating but for the rest of us who like a challenge but understand and ACCEPT our limitations, this game can't get any better than this and can be thoroughly enjoyed. This game doesn't seem to have as much action as the other two games. Very fun! Match-3 doesn't get much better than this series, which has improved with age, unlike some others that never again achieved the level of 1. And if there are non Match 3 players who want to try a Match 3 game I would recommend this one or any of the Big Kahuna Reef games as your first Match 3 games! You must swap ocean themed shapes to create matches of 3 or more. Matches occur faster now and you are rewarded with exploding powerups when you make more complex matches. But few games with so many explosions. Building Zombie Jewel own reef involved buying fish, food and reef items. Matches occur faster now and you are rewarded with exploding powerups when you make more complex matches. I like that I can set up my own reef. My only wish would be for a completly empty tank, so I could pick my own theme. Big Kahuna Reef 2 keeps all the exciting core game play of the original but enhances it by adding more matching opportunities. One of my favorite aspects: you can turn off the fake Hawaiian music and run a sound track of crashing waves. Other games where you buy elements to build something. The boards themselves were nothing special either. But for the rest, it is an explosion fest. These powerup shapes can be swapped, causing explosions that help break boxes around the powerup and help you clear the level faster. There are over 26 creatures to unlock from beautiful reef fish to sea turtles to whales! This has a lot of things going on to keep you interested: the icons change so you aren't bored looking at the same handful of icons level after level. Rated 5 out of 5 by AdrianaIP from Bombs away!!!! You have to start in timed mode, but eventually you can go to relaxed. At level ten you can play mini games and there is also a mouse game where you can challenge other players. You have generic bombs that blow a few blocks up.. Easy to play, and not to mind boggling. One of my favorite aspects: you can turn off the fake Hawaiian music and run a sound track of crashing waves. The fun factor is excellent except for the visiual quality. I've been waiting a long time for 3 to come out! But for the rest, it is an explosion fest. Easy to play, and not to mind boggling. You get to enjoy fish swimming around and behind the playing board. This game was my after dinner fun time. They also give you info about the fish. Didn't even finish the free hour. Glad I could purchase with my game credits. I gave up 4 hearts altogether. My only complaint was that so little money was allocated to the reef, that it took way too long to finish building one. The point of it all is to earn money to design fish tanks, but you don't earn the money too fast, so you've got to keep playing. And if there are non Match 3 players who want to try a Match 3 game I would recommend this one or any of the Big Kahuna Reef games as your first Match 3 games! 1. You actually can play untimed from the beginning if you go to "options. There are different types of obstacles with different solutions, and always several things going on -- keeping the kahuna totem rising, using the net, using power-ups, making your own bombs with large matches. If the game doesn't work, as reported by another review, try setting the properties on your shortcut compatibility tab to 'run as administrator'.

  3. I like how you can buy fish and stuff for your reef now. This game doesn't seem to have as much action as the other two games. They did a great job on this game, and kept all the best parts from the earlier versions. There are also some interesting mini-games for variety. Great play for adults or children.
