Spirit of Revenge: Florrys Well

Vendel Games proudly presents the next installment of the Spirit of Revenge series! An old friend recently purchased a haunted pub. What was once a friendly ghost has started attacking the pub's patrons! It's up to you to find out what’s plaguing this restless spirit. Can you help your friend in time, or will you fall prey to this vengeful spirit? Find out in this haunting hidden-object puzzle adventure!

I really enjoyed playing the game. We were never a hardcore fan of the Spirit of Revenge series, but we did enjoy the past three offerings. Some puzzles are tricky but not so challenging that they proved frustrating. Note that your review won't be visible right away: our team checks it before we post it publicly. Although some think the game is short, it really depends on how fast you play. Unfortunately, the puzzles are mostly ridiculously easy and can be solved without much planning. James Barton has retired from the police force and is now the proud owner of the famous Red Dragon Pub. Give it a try and see if you agree. Bad move on my part. Now that the reputation of the pub has been destroyed, can you help the owner of the pub, James Barton, bring customers back to the pub and settle this vengeful spirit once and for all? The storyline is excellent as we bring peace to this particular unhappy spirit. The hidden object scenes are better though; appropriately creative and challenging. This happened after a few hours of gameplay so I let BFG know the FFlorrys immediately. Although Bob knew Fporrys pub was haunted, its resident ghost has always been peaceful until recently. It does in my opinion romanticize domestic violence. The locals all know that this pub is haunted, and have dubbed one harmless spirit, Florry. That is too disapointing. Below are some of the games you'll encounter during the demo, and a few that you'll come across after the demo: 1 Wake the cashier by fixing the clock and setting the correct time. Date published: Rated 3 out of 5 by renamel from Sooo short! I loved the game with the happy ghost and the beautiful scenery but it took me 2 hours to finish it. Once Forgotten Places: Regained Castle Spirit of Revenge games does not disappoint!!! Today however, things have changed, and Florry is no longer a harmless spirit, she's angry and Beholder

If the game had not intrigued me I would have skipped this one simply because of the clunky interface. It is not a bad game - we have seen worse - but Vendel Games is capable of so much better.

The Hidden Object Scenes are actually quite decent, although almost all of them are the same type. Be the first to write a forum post about this game! I had to bribe him to help me so I had to waste my time finding booze for him. I can't believe no one at the creators office saw this as a problem. First let me say that the graphics were fair as I really don't care for hand drawn art when it comes to HOPA games. My biggest gripe about Florry's Well was that an item totally disappeared from my inventory and I couldn't finish the game. Although the HOPS are nothing new they are quite clever and some require several steps in order to receive the item you will need to progress in the game. If the game had not intrigued me I would have skipped this one simply because of the clunky interface. Most HOP's are Interactive, Progressive Silhouetted Shape Puzzles where you find the first item that matches the silhouetted shape shown, and then use that item interactively back in the scene to expose the next item and they usually have some type of puzzle to solve such as balancing weight scales using various sized weights. The graphics are great and so is the story line. The HOPS are very creative and well designed. Revengeful spirits are bad for business, so James has asked his longtime friend, Brenda Gale to investigate his pub and find out why Florry is in a Fury! It ends neatly, but way too neatly, as if the devs wanted to save any extra work for the CE bonus chapter. Now that the reputation of the pub has been destroyed, can you help the owner of the pub, James Barton, bring customers back to the pub and settle this vengeful spirit once and for all? Do you have an issue with your game?

I could go on but suffice to say, I played it through gritted teeth to its unsatisfactory and lazy ending then uninstalled it immediately. First let me say that the graphics were fair as I really don't care for hand drawn art when it comes to HOPA games. I'm not a big fan of having little talking animal helpers in my games. Something changed and now Florry is on a rampage and Bob has lost almost all of his customers. Be the first to write a forum post about this game! The storyline is easy to follow and plausible if you think along the lines of a vengeful ghost. Do you have an issue with your game? It must be how inundated we all are with this misogynistic culture. Your tools include an interactive map and there is a journal of sorts where information is stored. And honestly, I dislike dealing with drunks in the real world, so I found this feature in the game annoying. Artwork is top notch, high definition, with lots of greenery and flowers to balance out a haunted English countryside. Submit Thank you for writing a post! 1. The previous Spirit of Revenge games all featured high-quality graphics and top-notch artwork. Many times the graphics look almost unfinished, and at times, childish. They must be aware of the issue because they gave me my money back immediately. I loved the game with the happy ghost and the beautiful scenery but it took me 2 hours to finish it. The storyline is excellent as we bring peace to this particular unhappy spirit.

  2. Submit Thank you for writing a review! Many times the graphics look almost unfinished, and at times, childish. In contrast, the visuals in this sequel — while well-designed — are very rough. Note that your post won't be visible right away: our team checks it before we post it publicly. Aside from the very unfriendly user interface area I love the game.

  3. I really enjoyed playing the game. The inventory bar with animated skeleton hands might look great, but it becomes very distracting over time. I'm not a big fan of having little talking animal helpers in my games. Other than a handful of pictures, this game really only offers 44 Morphing Objects that give you an extra hint for each one found. The storyline is excellent as we bring peace to this particular unhappy spirit.

  4. They must be aware of the issue because they gave me my money back immediately. The storyline is excellent as we bring peace to this particular unhappy spirit. To start with, the ghost helper was useless. The puzzles are excellent and a bit different than those we normally see. Voice overs are good and matches the character.

  5. Save those type of graphics for fairytales and keep computer generated graphics in this genre! What I look for in puzzles is entertainment value rather than-over-the top challenge that drives me crazy. Many times the graphics look almost unfinished, and at times, childish. Voice overs are good and matches the character. I had to bribe him to help me so I had to waste my time finding booze for him.

  6. Once again,The Spirit of Revenge games does not disappoint!!! If the game had not intrigued me I would have skipped this one simply because of the clunky interface. Again in my opinion, this Standard Edition is the route to go.

  7. First place gears correctly and then set the clock using various time increment buttons. My favorite part of this game is my partner in crime, Oscar Quincy, one of the Pub's frequent flyer ghosts who has a passion for punch, mixed with alcohol, lot's of alcohol. Unfortunately, the puzzles are mostly ridiculously easy and can be solved without much planning.
