Twilight Phenomena: The Incredible Show

From ERS Game Studios, acclaimed creators of the PuppetShow and Grim Façade series, comes a new phenomenon to investigate! It's that time of year again! Visiting the Strauss Circus has been a tradition for you and your sister, Judith, for many years. But this year, when Judith is chosen from the audience to help with a magic act, you discover that the smiling faces on stage aren't as happy as they first appear. Judith doesn't meet you after the show, and you quickly realize something is wrong. Search the circus and uncover the dark secrets haunting the performers and animals who call it home. But you'd better hurry! Time is running out in this Hidden Object Puzzle Adventure game!

One type only. But suddenly Strauss himself asked Judith to assist him during next performance! Voice overs are not that good, but not so bad it makes you hate hearing them, they mostly sound like someone just reading lines, pretty flat. Why do developers do that? You soon come to realize that this magician has been toying with nature, creating his own circus attractions. The Mini Games are available in Casual or Hard, and they were all entertaining. Will play it again! And it was not always logical. It was fun, colorful with good sounds. The quantity of puzzles is also good; there were 4 in the demo. This is a very good game with a good story. Great, enjoyable game in my opinion! A lot of people will say that it is just to easy, but not all of us want to overlode our brains , we just want to waste a cold rainy Saturday having fun in front of our computers. Well done to the developers for putting in some effort with the puzzles. One of my favorite mini games required you to turn a carousel right or left, as you swapped the dresses on several mannequins until their dress matched their different colored hats.

The puzzles were also quite challenging, which is always nice to see. So you and your sister follow a family tradition and attend the Strauss circus in , except your sister volunteers for a magician's trick and disappears! There were 5 HOS in the demo and they are well spaced out. But Strauss has gone a bit too far, changing his daughter into a mermaid and various other folks into hybrids as well. When I first read about the concept, I thought it would be quite silly, but boy was I proven wrong! It moves quickly, has a good and diverse amount of hidden object scenes, and difficult minigames that take just the right amount of time. This is a big change for me, as I normally use the map quite often. What happened to Tula and Bart? Horror fans of this series are going to really enjoy this one! Drinking coffee and just relaxing. I say enjoy!! The coins can be used to help injured animals you come across in Strauss' zoo, but I don't think it's pertinent to the game itself. Other than that, though, I had no issues with the difficulty.

Even with the low challenge factor, I had an absolute ball playing this and thus, will give it a 5 star rating. With your trusted camera, you can discover a lot more as it Day D: Time Mayhem at a first glance. The graphics were great, the story line was wonderful and very interesting. Quantity isn't a problem though. The first thing you get equipped with is a camera, whenever the camera icon appears, you take a picture and the photo appears with listed items you Twilight Phenomena: The Incredible Show find to hear a small story about Strauss, and how this experimentation came to light. Voiceovers are mostly good, with only a few that don't match the character. Except of facial features. Judith can hardly contain her excitement when Strauss picks her out of the audience did anyone notice that all the seats were empty? It was quite underacted and just painful to listen to. Date published: Too bad this game was such a disappointment at the end Strauss and his fall from grace. I also applaud Antique Road Trip USA on their excellently done cutscenes, which were very dramatic and left me hanging on the edge of my seat.

Doesn't seem to have any collectibles. The quantity of puzzles is also good; there were 4 in the demo. This one starts with a humanitarian premise -- saving limbs of animals that would otherwise die. I love when developers make features of the game necessary to the story and that is what the developers have done here. For me, this game was a very nice surprise. A lot of times. ERS has created another thriller for the Weird at heart. The puzzles were quite good too. This magical finale is a top notch trick, but isn't Strauss supposed to finish this act with the famous reappearing trick? There were a lot of times when I didn't use the tool near enough to the goal and it reject my attempt. Jump map, which I used a lot. The hidden objects scene is good, nice and clear, not too jumbled, yet not too easy to do.

The basic features have been done well, to an extent. This game fits the bill. But still, very enjoyable. Voice overs are not that good, Incredlble not so Incredihle it makes you hate hearing them, they mostly sound like someone just reading lines, pretty flat. One type only. Strauss and his fall from grace. These coins will be used later to help the injured animals you come across in Strauss' zoo. Well done, but mostly Iron Sea Defenders challenging. Gameplay was smooth, but you definitely needed to use the transporter map to move around and well as the hint sometimes. You and your Incredihle Judith Armstrong were on usual annual visit in the Strauss Circus from Rome, which always coming to your town at Thanksgiving. You get to choose from 3 levels and you can customize game play. The Mini Games are available in Casual or Hard, and they were Svetlograd entertaining.

  1. The graphics were great, the story line was wonderful and very interesting. I was very pleased with the adventure component. Since I don't like HOS at all and feel there are always too many - at least they where not as overcrowded than all those other games lately. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by bessiegirl from Was a great game until the end The CE is missing collectibles, which are an absolute necessity for all CE games.

  2. I loved everything about the adventure; Judith could easily have been Jessica Lange. I had to switch to custom due to annoying hint times. One type only. You resolve to find her and uncover some disturbing and topical genetic engineering going on until you confront the evildoers. And trying to find her you uncovered horrible truth about Strauss!

  3. It was probably my favourite thing about the game. I loved the animal healing and camera minigames, and I especially loved the Wheel of Fate! The only downer for me is that there is no lip-synch.

  4. You even get to help and heal animals and read about them. I really enjoyed this game and highly recommend it. The HOS come mainly from videos you find that tell the story of Dr.

  5. These coins will be used later to help the injured animals you come across in Strauss' zoo. It's a pretty long game when played on hard mode. HOS were interesting and interactive and there were a lot of puzzles which could be tedious. It was extremely simple to figure out what to do next; so much so that I did not have to use the map ONCE. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by RedPoppies from this is the game of the year!

  6. Not a problem really, but if some one was brand new at these types of games they might find it hard to figure out what to do. You can save the animals by spending money you win on the Wheel of Stars. This game doesn't have all the bells and whistles CE bling of previous games. I just wish it had a bit more CE bling.

  7. The only additional feature in this game is the camera. Date published: The coins can be used to help injured animals you come across in Strauss' zoo, but I don't think it's pertinent to the game itself. No souvenir room or "making of" or puzzle pieces to find and assemble. Ther are four modes of play, including custom.

  8. I won't give the storyline away - you have to find out for yourself! The only downer for me is that there is no lip-synch. The first thing you get equipped with is a camera, whenever the camera icon appears, you can take a picture.

  9. Further on they could be played casual or hard. Nice, long game. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by bessiegirl from Was a great game until the end The first thing you get equipped with is a camera, whenever the camera icon appears, you can take a picture.

  10. Other than that, though, I had no issues with the difficulty. I loved this game. The Hidden Object Scenes are interactive list finds, and I really liked the fact that all HOS were circus themed, but some scenes are repeated. I loved everything about the adventure; Judith could easily have been Jessica Lange.

  11. Puzzles are mostly do-able, and you can choose casual vs hard. The quantity of puzzles is also good; there were 4 in the demo. Even with the low challenge factor, I had an absolute ball playing this and thus, will give it a 5 star rating.

  12. The hint works well outside HOS. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by ninja from Under the big top lurks a madman This is a fairly creative story taking place in a circus involving a madman scientist magician who snags a beautiful girl, and you must save the damsel in distress before it's too late. Other than that, though, I had no issues with the difficulty. Further on they could be played casual or hard.
