A nightmare filled with Shadows of those who haunt his life. This was just a fabulous game and I enjoyed the heck out of it. To me, this requires some strategic thinking to assess where to fold the lines. She can actually see nightmare things like this game had. A lot of them are the kind that when you rotate one piece, Sable Maze: Nightmare Shadows affects other pieces, which can be frustrating, and some are available with an Easy or Hard difficulty mode. This game has a well-written script worthy of a Hollywood movie. The shadow people are scary! The chapters in this game are broken up into different places and times so the color scheme also changes from night to day, indoor to out. I would have liked to see more of the shadow people, perhaps grabbing Allen from behind, reaching into the scene from the sides, morphing from photos, or even breaking the fourth wall.   1. Most of the HOP were very detailed rooms and organized. Within the ring are blue tokens which match up with these red ones and various twisting paths leading to the red tokens. Standing on a cliff, you see your house melt away, in some distance a gate in a wall.

  2. I gave up after a few tries! I have all their previous games and did not hesitate to purchase this one, too. The storyline grabs you at the start and pulls you in.

  3. Total play: 5 hours 5 min. The game has a ton of puzzles — maybe more than I have seen in a lot of games but again gamers keep clamoring for more puzzles and more difficult puzzles. It's a great game. Phantasmat: Reign of Shadows similar story 4.

  4. When a game can still be scary during bright light AND night, it is just ingenious! I had hoped there would be more. The collectibles include creepy Shadow People for your Shadow People Encyclopedia and family portraits. I just started skipping them because there are so many.   5. It is a rare thing to see all new areas. Then I finish playing the Collector's Edition version, unless the game tanks after the demo, leaving me with no desire to play it all the way through. The HOP scenes and puzzles are thematic. I highly recommend the CE for the bonus play.
