Mini games could be a little more challenging but I really enjoyed this one! As I finish a game in this series I purchase another one and it won't be long before I have the entire series. I have deleted it from my computer because of this. Van Couver is the only other that has every feature as well. My husband had a stroke and these games are an excellent way for him to re-gain his memory. Currently I am playing New York. Trying to fill the taxi trunk is not fun. Before I found the next several Big City Games, I replayed this version at least 3 times and had different experiences each time. I have purchased all of them so far and check every week to see if a new one has been put online. The HOS are well done and some of the objects are hard to find. Just a very relaxing and fun game. Discuss with other players! The only drawback is several of the scenes are exactly the same as some of the ones in San Francisco.

One of few you can go back and play separate locations. Just like living in NYC! I was so addicted to it that I finished all 90 levels the day I bought it. New York is no disappointment. This is my only complaint. Don't know what will happen when I complete all levels but if there is not a "find all" or "blitz" option as with other hidden object games I will be extremely disappointed - not a good value for the money. I liked the New York version - the minigames aren't as repetitive although the "find the top shape" one is kinda dumb as Australia and the sites and objects are fun to behold. I was Sherlock Holmes VS Arsene Lupin addicted to it that I finished all 90 levels the day I bought it. Excellent games for anyone who likes plain HOGS without a mystery added.


Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. Other than that They are great games that you can play at your own pace. If you are looking for a classic HO game, I highly recommend this game. I did not purchase this game to be challenged so intensly. I try to find items without using the hint coins to see how many I can collect. Van Couver is the only other that has every feature as well. I have to buy these asap. I hate hidden objects that are too easy to find and these definitely were not, actually had to use the hint. Highly recommend this game! I particularly like the option of hitting the space bar to by pass the stats after finishing a round. Trying to fill the taxi trunk is not fun.

  2. I also enjoy that there are cool facts about the different sites shared each time you move to a different level. The adventure to New York was an excellent installment in the Big City series. Just a very relaxing and fun game.

  6. LOVE the game! Don't quote me, but I think this game has between rounds. I also like the hidden magnifying glass that you click on to find two hidden objects. Nice game.
